These terms are the agreement between you and Boomerang Bet. They cover who can open an account, how bonuses and wagering work, the rules around deposits and withdrawals, and the behaviour we expect on the platform. Opening an account means you accept them, so it is worth a proper read rather than a quick scroll.

Eligibility and Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to gamble where you live. One account per person — duplicate accounts are closed, and any winnings built on them can be voided. The details you register with must be true and kept current; if your address or contact changes, update it. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your login, so treat those credentials like the keys to your front door.

We may ask you to verify your identity before or after you play. This is a licensing requirement, not an obstacle — providing clear documents promptly keeps withdrawals fast. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the checks are complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

Funds paid into your account are for play, not banking. The minimum deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €40, with a range of card, e-wallet, bank and crypto options available. Withdrawals go back, where possible, to the method you deposited with, and may require identity verification before they are released. Processing times vary by method — crypto is typically the quickest.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse a payout where we find evidence of fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms. Genuine players who follow the rules have nothing to worry about; the safeguards exist to protect the honest majority.

Bonuses and Wagering

Every promotion carries its own conditions, and those specific terms sit alongside these general ones. Common rules apply across most offers: bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn, there is a maximum stake while a bonus is active, and a cap on how much you can cash out from certain offers. Claiming a bonus you do not want is never mandatory — you can decline it and play with cash only.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time or the bonus and related winnings expire.
• Placing outsized bets to clear wagering quickly is treated as abuse and can void the bonus.
• Only one welcome offer applies per person, household, device or payment method.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The platform is for genuine entertainment. Using bots, exploiting software faults, colluding with other players, or opening multiple accounts to game promotions are all forbidden and lead to closure and forfeiture of funds. If a technical glitch pays out a result that clearly should not have stood, we reserve the right to correct it and reclaim the mistaken amount.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud, or is used from a restricted territory. Where we close an account for a rule breach, we will explain the reason unless doing so would compromise an investigation or a legal obligation.

Liability and Changes

We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance, connectivity and third-party outages happen. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the funds in your account. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
